                  AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                  SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED IN LOT 1 OF THE LEGEND
                  HILLS SUBDIVISION.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
       abandoned a City of Chattanooga sanitary sewer easement located 
in
       Lot 1 of the Legend Hills Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 
52,
       Page 10, Register's Office of Hamilton County.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as
       provided by law.
